What is Compression Therapy?
Compression therapy uses controlled pressure to increase blood flow and support the lymphatic and venous systems. This helps speed up recovery, reduce soreness, and improve flexibility. Normally, the body takes 3–5 days to recover after intense training due to natural limits of circulation and lymphatic drainage.
