How it works
Unlike a traditional sauna that primarily heats the surrounding air, infrared heaters emit radiant heat designed to warm the body directly.
The combination of near, mid and far infrared heating provides a comfortable and even sauna experience, while the carbon heaters help distribute warmth throughout the cabin.
Simply set your preferred temperature and session time using the control panel or smartphone app, allow the sauna to warm up, then sit back and relax.

Your sauna arrives as a flat-pack system designed for straightforward home assembly. We recommend two people for setup.
Once assembled:
- Position the sauna in your chosen indoor location
- Plug it into a suitable 240V, 10A power outlet
- Power the sauna on
- Allow approximately 20 minutes for warm-up
- Select your preferred temperature and session time
- Connect Bluetooth audio if desired and enjoy your session
